We’ve created two options depending on how you want to show up.
 

Full Experience Exhibitor – $1,895

For those who want to be fully immersed in the conference while showcasing their offerings. It’s particularly suited to those working with a bigger picture, long-term approach, and who want to build meaningful relationships within an aligned community.

This is for you if you want to both grow your business and receive personally, while knowing your space is always supported.
 

Each exhibitor may bring one support person to assist their stand across the three days.

Includes:

• Access to the exhibitor area and attendees

• No session access to presentations or workshops

• Strictly BYO catering
   

This allows you to step away, attend sessions, take breaks, and connect more deeply, while your space remains active.
 

Please note:
Support persons are required to remain within the exhibitor space and do not have access to presentations.

If you’d like to bring further support, the following options are available:

Catered Exhibitor Support – $495

• Access to the exhibitor area and attendees

• All catered meals included across the three days

• No session access
   

Full Experience Support – $1,295

• Full Conference access (all sessions)

• All catering included

• Able to both support your stand and experience the event
   

Basic Exhibitor Pass– $695

A streamlined option for those who simply want to showcase their work and sell products/services without attending the Conference.  This might suit someone like a local head/shoulder masseuse who provides 20 minute massage sessions, or a spirit artist who can provide on the spot drawings, readers who provide tarot readings etc.

• Exhibitor table

• 3 full days of access to Conference attendees

• BYO catering

• No session access to presentations or workshops
   

This option is designed for those focused purely on exhibiting, networking, promoting their brand and selling products/services.
 

Please note:
To honour the experience for our full Conference participants, access to presentations is reserved for Full Experience pass holders.  If at any point you feel called to step into the sessions as well, you’re welcome to upgrade to the Full Experience (subject to availability).

To keep the experience spacious and aligned, we only open a limited number of exhibitor places each year.

We also curate who comes in, to ensure alignment for both exhibitors and attendees.
