STEP ONE:  PLAN YOUR DATES

If you're time-poor, plan to fly in on 19 December and fly out on 23 December. Otherwise, stay on afterwards for some sightseeing and join us for a Christmas Soul Family lunch on Christmas Day, or the post-conference trip we have planned through the Flinders Ranges departing Yulara on 26 December (Boxing Day) and getting to Adelaide on 31 December.

STEP TWO:  RESERVE YOUR ROOM

There are 7 different types of accommodation at Ayers Rock Resort. All of them are within a 10 minute walk of the Sails in the Desert function room where the Conference is held. Our delegates get the best available price on 3 of the hotels in the Resort. PLUS you won’t have to pay for the accommodation until about 35 days before the Conference. STEP THREE:  BOOK YOUR FLIGHT

Visit SKYSCANNER to find the best available price online and book your flight.  Flights to Ayers Rock Airport are the most convenient as Ayers Rock Resort at Yulara is just a 10 minute trip from the airport. Your airport transfers between Ayers Rock Airport and the Resort is covered in the price of your Conference ticket.  Alternatively, fly to Alice Springs and spend a day sightseeing around the iconic Aussie town. You can hire a car and drive to Yulara, or jump on a Greyhound coach and be driven to the Resort. The trip is around 5 hours by road.
