You want to come to the Conference... so where do you start?
GETTING TO ULURU
Here's our Quick & Easy Guide to get you there - ready for massive upgrades, insights and connections.
STEP ONE: PLAN YOUR DATES
If you're time-poor, plan to fly in on 19 December and fly out on 23 December. Otherwise, stay on afterwards for some sightseeing and join us for a Christmas Soul Family lunch on Christmas Day.
STEP TWO: RESERVE YOUR ROOM
There are 7 different types of accommodation at Ayers Rock Resort. All of them are within a short walk of the Meeting Place where the Conference is held. Our delegates get the best available price on 4 of the hotels in the Resort. PLUS you won’t have to pay for the accommodation until about 35 days before the Conference. Click HERE to discover more about the accommodation and reserve your room.
STEP THREE: BOOK YOUR FLIGHT (OR DECIDE TO DRIVE)
Contact our travel manager, Jan McLeod, to make your flight arrangements. Email Jan with your enquiry firstname.lastname@example.org. Flights to Ayers Rock Airport are the most convenient as Ayers Rock Resort at Yulara is just a 10 minute trip from the airport. Your hotel room includes free airport transfers between Ayers Rock Airport and the Resort. Alternatively, fly to Alice Springs and spend a day sightseeing around the iconic Aussie town. You can hire a car and drive to Yulara, or jump on a Greyhound coach and be driven to the Resort. The trip is around 5 hours by road.
Great advice in this article regarding alternatives to flying: Travel to Ayers Rock: Should you drive, fly, take a bus or catch a camel?
If you have the time, take stress-free option and drive. It's a wonderful experience and the best way to unplug from the matrix. We took 4 nights from Sydney to Uluru stopping at Dubbo, Broken Hill, Port Augusta and Coober Pedy. No airport worries and plane cancellations to deal with. It's something we highly recommend.
STEP FOUR: REGISTER FOR YOUR CONFERENCE SEAT

WHAT TOURIST ACTIVITIES SHOULD I BOOK?
Tourist activities departing from Yulara revolve around sunrise and sunset. It is prohibited to be out in the National Park, outside of Yulara, after 9pm. We suggest the two MUST DOs are a sunrise or sunset walk around the base of the Rock and also a trip to Kata Tjuta. This is easy to arrange once you get to the Resort. You can hop on a bus from your hotel for less than $100 return.

You can book other activities by clicking on the button below. However, the easiest option is to wait until you get to Yulara and go into the Tourist Information Office and book your tours at the desk.
