Sunrise to Uluru 19 December

Take in one of the most iconic sites of natural beauty – sunrise at Uluru. Start off the day with an amazing sunrise at Talinguru Nyakunytjaku, the Uluru sunrise viewing area. Witness the majestic sight of the changing colours as Uluru comes to life with the first rays of sun. 

Then take a stroll to one of the few permanent water sources around Uluṟu, Muṯitjulu Waterhole is a place where you can sit quietly and listen to the sounds of the beginning of time.

The Kuniya walk takes you to the Muṯitjulu Waterhole. This is one of the few places in the park where you may see wallabies among the tall grasses and river red gum trees. Bush foods also abound, including tjantu (bush tomatoes), iḻi (figs) and arnguli (bush plums).
