Using the resonance of crystal bowls, the primal pulse of drumming, the breath of life itself, and sacred vocal tones, we will attune to the frequencies that unlock the hidden dimensions of the spirit world. Just as the tribal elders once called upon the forces of nature and the ancestors through chant and rhythm, we will step into the ancient practice of harmonic convergence, using sound to activate, heal, and transcend. Through his work with Spirit Breathwork, David shares the medicine of breath as a bridge between spirit and body, sound and silence, self and source.

Having travelled the world studying a range of spiritual traditions and meditation techniques, David's down-to-earth nature brings a grounded and heart-centred presence to his work. His sessions invite participants into a deeply restorative state where breath becomes a pathway to clarity, inner peace and expanded awareness.

His vision is simple, that small acts of heart-based connection can ripple out and change the world.

Now based on Sydney’s Central Coast, David is also a valued member of the Cosmic Consciousness Ground Crew team, supporting the collective energy of the community while guiding others back to the wisdom of the breath.

Deborah McGovan

With almost four decades in differing worlds and modalities of healing, Deborah McGovan continues to pursue her passion with not only supporting  others as they traverse their own healing journey’s  and end of life care, but that of the land too.

 

Deborah is a Lightworker that holds beautiful safe and sacred space as an Intuitive Somatic Bodyworker and energy healer, Crystal Bowl Sound, voice activation Healer/ Facilitator, Earth Healer/ Keeper, Soul Midwife and Psychopmp. 

 

Deb’s Celtic heritage holds many keys and links in this current timeline, from the Sacred Stones of Ancient Britain and Ireland, to her connection here to the land, the waters and Lemurian memories.   Through each of her practices, she weaves her gifts to support and guide others through sacred Journeys and ceremonies, using ancient and traditional methods as those of the ancestors which includes the whales, the animals and Mother Earth herself…whilst supporting others to discover the essence of who they truly are and embrace all that is innately held within so they too ,RE-member!

 

 

Ian Wrigley

Over the past 14 years, Ian has transformed his life and also reignited his love of Bodywork as-well as incorporating, Crystal Bowl sound healing and workshop facilitation. He is a staunch and passionate advocate of Land Keeping and healing and has a deep connection and way of communication with the native animals on the land he calls home on Bundjalung Country

 

With four decades as a Massage Therapist / Bodyworker, Ian was an Integral player in the initiation of the Sunshine Coast’s first Cancer Care centre and his innate caring, passion and dedication for the well being of others has never faltered. He has facilitated and lead Heartworks for Couples and Ho’oponopono  workshops along with his wife Deb and with his gentle and calming nature, Ian has the ability to hold sacred and safe space for others which is felt by those that come into his field. 

 

As a Marine Chemist, Ian’s connection to the ocean and it’s inhabitants still remains strong, however it’s his connection to the land and it's tendering which has his heart. Currently Ian is preparing for the birth of a Healing Centre and Retreat Space for like minds and souls. He holds a strong values and vision and has truly embraced the concept of conscious alignment and collaboration with others who are walking similar paths.
